Pauline brings over 30 years of experience in healthcare quality and risk management. She has directed clinical risk for major healthcare organizations, holds a certification in risk management (CPHRM) from ASHRM, and an ABA‑approved certificate in legal nurse consulting. She has chaired, co‑chaired, or participated in more than 250 RCA meetings.
